How it works:

01:

You book your discovery call and tell us about your dream retreat experience and we’ll discover if we’re a great fit to work together!

 

02:

When we decide to move forward, we will set up a meeting virtually or in-person to discuss all the details for your retreat. From there, we can create a customized action plan for our team and your team to ensure everything gets done.

 

03:

We take on all the planning (find the venue, plan the menu, communicate details with attendees, book the activities, and more!)

 

04: 

We execute the retreat by setting up the decorations, delivering the gift baskets, welcoming attendees, laying out the food, keeping you on schedule and so much more.

 

05:

We also tear down the event for you and make sure throughout the event we’re fully available for you and your guests.

 

Our goal is that you get to be fully present in the experience and know that everything is being handled.

Please note: most clients have an all in retreat minimum retreat budget of $20k.

Packages are all custom quoted and start at $5,000 for San Diego, CA based retreat, $6,000 for other U.S. based retreats and $7,000 for international retreats.
